This spot is spotless with an amazing central location and a very kind staff.

We greatly enjoyed spending 7 nights here. The place was clean, our room was clean. The staff was affable and outstandingly accommodating, they made the stay very good. Our location was unbeatable close to tram. Popped in Lotiz Lounge & Hookah for shots before sleep, it was not very far from the venue. The vibe here was quiet.

I stayed for 3 days and really enjoyed this place because it was clean, had a perfect location close to the tram.

We had a great time exploring Istanbul with our kids, especially at the bustling Grand Bazaar. They were fascinated by the colorful stalls and traditional Turkish delights like lokum and simit. The vendors were friendly and even taught the kids a few Turkish words. It was a delightful cultural experience for the whole family.

My wife says that adding a children's play area would make the hotel even more family-friendly.

We were really surprised by the decent breakfast offered, much more than just the typical boiled egg and bread. Thenice and neat bed linen and towels were changed daily, ensuring a pleasant stay. We also appreciated the good heating in the room and the availability of hot water in the tap without any wait. The hotel's proximity to shopping areas and other amenities made it even more convenient. Although the room was small, it was sufficient for our needs, especially since we were traveling alone.

We did encounter a few drawbacks. The lack of English channels on the television was a bit disappointing, as we would have liked to have access to international programming or streaming services like YouTube and Netflix.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the bed linen and towels, which were changed daily. The room also provided slippers, soap, and shampoo, ensuring a comfortable stay. The heating system worked excellently, keeping us warm during our stay in the chilly weather. the hotel's location was a huge advantage. It was conveniently situated near bus stops, train stations, and metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. There were also plenty of cafes, shops, and ATMs nearby, making it convenient for daily necessities. Plus, the hotel's proximity to the bus stop from the airport was a major convenience.

My positive experience at the hotel was marred by a few disappointments. Upon arrival, we encountered a rather rude evening receptionist, which was not a pleasant way to start our stay.
